The Process
Here’s What You Can Expect Each Step of the Way:
Step 1: Let’s Chat!
To get started, browse through our pricing guide and schedule a consultation call. These calls generally take around 15 minutes to discuss your needs, get to know each other, and chat about which package is right for you.
Step 2: Make Things Official
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on our calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding crew!
Step 3: Get Prepped
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings we’ll act as a personal guide, offer vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, help create a detailed schedule and shot list for the day of, and more. If you choose a package with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, or whenever you prefer!
Step 4: Wedding Day Magic
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! We pride ourselves on being the vendor you don’t have to worry about. Well get to your venue early to scout the layout and lighting, and set up our gear. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while we do our thing!
Step 5: Gallery Delivery
We’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. You’ll have lifetime access to this gallery and if you lose the link, access is always a text or email away.
You can download and print them yourself, or we can create an heirloom-quality photo or video album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
